Apply for Review
Requesters lodge a valid review request within three months of the decision of the RMA, articulating clear grounds for review.
Submissions and Evidence
Eligible persons provide written submissions and can make oral submissions based on their written submissions, without legal representation.
SMRC Review Council Deliberations
Each SMRC Review Council reviews all the evidence that was available to the RMA, assesses medical-scientific grounds, and issues declarations accordingly.
